The spa facilities were impressive, with a range of hot tubs and saunas. The location was decent too; it was easy to get around the area. Another plus was the choice of sports facilities on offer. There were tennis courts available and a gym.
The rooms were old-fashioned and worn. This made an already small space feel even more cramped.

We had a phenomenal stay at this hotel. The rooms were equipped with the latest technology and were very spacious. The spa and thermal areas were outstanding, providing guests with a wide range of amenities. There were both indoor and outdoor thermal pools and a slide that landed in a heated pool which was perfect for children. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very respectful and attentive to all of our needs.
Nothing at all.

the spa and thermal area provided a wide range of facilities that catered to our relaxation needs. the hotel had excellent security arrangements, which gave us the peace of mind we needed.
The restaurant did not serve alcoholic beverages, which was not ideal for us. the hotel was located quite far from the city center, making it difficult for us to travel back and forth.

Good , Luxurious and top, quality amenities were available in this hotel. the Spa Wellness Centre provided an incomparable experience of rest and relaxation. the steam room was heavenly, and the indoor swimming pool was a beautiful retreat. the massage service was blissful, and the Sauna was beautiful. the garden area added a brilliant touch of nature, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
Bad , the only issue we found was the availability of only pre, packaged melon for breakfast which was monotonous. Not a deal, breaker but with a breakfast spread as extensive as this hotel, the scope for a better selection was there.
